  • What brand golf cart replacement parts you can offer?

    We specialize in many types of golf cart parts or components for different brand, like Club Car, Yamaha, E-Z-GO, and Chinese brand golf cart. We help you find the right parts for your specific make and model of golf cart.

  • Are the parts and accessories compatible with the original one?

    We provide genuine universal parts that are identical to the original factory parts. For each part, we will further confirm the cart model and part number. We will also confirm based on pictures.

  • What is the warranty period for the parts I purchase?

    Generally, we provide one year warranty that covers all golf cart parts. If any quality issues arise during the warranty period, we will offer you a solution.

  • What are the golf cart parts packing?

    According to the different parts, the packaging materials are different. The three most used packaging are cardboard boxes, plastic bags, and bubble film. If the volume is large and the weight is heavy, we will use plywood boxes for better protection of the goods.

  • What are the shipping ways?

    We are able to offer international courier services through DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS, as well as shipping by air and sea, based on our clients’ requests and the quantity and size of parts items being shipped.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    We welcome small quantity orders and do not have any minimum order quantity requirements. However, it is worth noting that for larger orders, we can offer more favorable and very good wholesale pricing.

  • Can you accept customized parts on request?

    Of course, we offer customization services as per your requirements. Many clients do light customization, like the logo or brand name on the parts, or customized packages. If totally new design, we could develop it with the factory and do your OEM golf cart parts.

  • What is the delivery time?

    We have most of the hot-sale parts in stock, such as lighting kits, brake parts, and electronic parts. The delivery time is 7-10 days. For large quantities, the production time is about 10-25 days. Custom projects will take about 25-35 days.

  • What do I need to do for an inquiry ?

    Please provide the Golf Cart Model Number, Parts Number, and Part pictures, We will assess and compare the listed items, and then provide a quote for the order based on the quantity that you request, along with images of the item to ensure you have the right one.
